Terms of Use

LUN is a women's health and fitness app that provides cycle-synced workouts, nutrition guidance, educational wellness content, and an AI coach. LUN is operated by LUN TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 66.829.299/0001-08).

LUN provides educational wellness information only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in the app — including AI coach responses, workouts, and nutrition guidance — is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.

Always consult your doctor or another qualified provider before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in LUN. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LUN. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• LUN offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid subscription ($11.99/month or $59.99/year).
• Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store account, subject to Apple's terms.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store settings. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under its policies.

You agree not to:

• use LUN for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service or its systems;
• resell, copy, or redistribute the app or its content;
• misuse the AI coach to generate harmful or abusive content.

LUN, its content, design, and software are owned by LUN TECNOLOGIA LTDA and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own use while your account is active. The data you create and log remains yours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LUN TECNOLOGIA LTDA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, nor for any decision you make based on its content. You use LUN at your own discretion and risk.

You may stop using LUN and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the District of Tatui, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
